A brand is very similar to a person. It will have a face that people recognise (the logo, typeface etc); a tone of voice (your copywriting eg. funny, serious, inspirational, formal or casual); a choice of wardrobe (think colours and typography); a way of walking into the room; of greeting people; to the audience your brand wants to hang with. These ideas and emotions need to be thought through from the very beginning in order to create an authentic and memorable brand for your business.
